II. To help elementary school students understand the physical disability or dementia that elderly people may experience,
by combining the county's long-term care experience base, "Hao Ping Life Long-Term Care Hall," through long-term care themed exhibitions, elderly and dementia simulation experiences, and lectures, interactive games in daily life are provided for students to understand the elderly life of their family members and gain general knowledge of long-term care.
III. Application Notes:
(1) Application Deadline: From now until March 31, 115.
(2) Activity Period: From March 1, 115 to October 31, 115. (3) Participants: Fifth and sixth-grade students from elementary schools in this county. This year, 10 schools will be piloted, with a limit of one class per school.
(4) Activity Location: Hao Ping Life Long-Term Care Hall (No. 151, Jianguo Road, Pingtung City; Barracks 033, Dawu Camp).
(5) Schools shall submit the visit application form (as attached). After the supervisor's approval and signature, please email the visit application form to a200481@oa.pthg.gov.tw to Ms. Cheng Ming-fen, specialist of the Long-Term Care Department. To avoid any omissions, please call to confirm receipt of the email. The priority order will be based on the time the school submits the application, and a formal reply will be sent to the school.
IV. The "Long-Term Care General Knowledge Elementary School Rooting Pilot Program" will cover transportation fees, insurance fees, meal expenses, and hourly wages by the Long-Term Care Department of this government. Within two months after the visit, the school shall provide receipts and detailed expense statements to the Long-Term Care Department of this government for reimbursement and disbursement. The execution of the budget for this project shall be carried out in accordance with the central government's approved plan, the Government Procurement Act, and relevant regulations.
