1. Organize the school's Gender Equality Education Promotion Team Committee to develop crisis management models and response measures.
2. Establish a safe, gender-discrimination-free, and violence-free friendly campus environment to achieve the goals of gender equality education.
3. Implement gender equality education curriculum and teaching content, cultivate concepts of bodily autonomy, and eliminate gender stereotypes. 4. Construct methods for integrating into various fields, integrate departmental functions, and complete the "Warmth Fills Ren'ai" initiative.
III. Target Audience: All teachers and students of this school.
IV. Organization: Establish the Ren'ai Elementary School [Gender Equality Education Promotion Team Committee].
1. The Gender Equality Education Committee of this school shall have representatives, appointed for a term, composed of the following personnel: Chairperson and Convenor, 1 person: The Principal shall serve as the Chairperson; Executive Secretary, 1person: The Director of Student Affairs shall serve as the Executive Secretary; Vice Chairperson: Directors of departments shall serve as Vice Chairpersons; below them, it shall be divided into seven groups according to work categories. Personnel in each group shall be teachers concurrently holding administrative positions; Teacher Representatives, 7 people: One person shall be elected each academic year [including subject teachers]; Staff and Worker Representatives1 person: Elected by self-nomination; Parent Representative, 1 person. For all representatives, female members shall constitute more than half of the total number of committee members [a single gender shall not be less than one-third]. If necessary, experts and scholars in related fields of gender equality education may be additionally hired to assist in the evaluation and handling of cases.1person: self-nominated; Parent Representative, 1 person.
