Subject: To inform your school of the Ministry of Education's "Teacher Digital Teaching Enhancement Training" course plan, please inform your teachers to actively participate and handle according to the following instructions. Please be informed.
Instructions:
I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1152702268 dated July 27, 115, regarding the "Bureau of Information and Technology (3)".
II. To promote digital learning, the Ministry of Education will open basic teacher training courses on the Ministry of Education MOOCs platform (https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/) starting from August 115. The courses include:
(I) A1 Digital Learning Workshop (I).
(II) A2 Digital Learning Workshop (II).
(III) A3 Digital Literacy Enhancement.
(IV) B5-1 Generative AI and Educational Applications Workshop (Elementary and Junior High Schools).
(V) B5-1 Generative AI and Educational Applications Workshop (Senior High Schools and Vocational Schools).
III. The aforementioned courses are provided for online teacher training by the Ministry of Education MOOCs platform. If any school plans to organize relevant physical training sessions independently and register the training data under the course names related to this case, to ensure that the course content, lecturer qualifications, and training data registration comply with relevant regulations, the training plan should be submitted to the county's Digital Learning Promotion Office for review 14 days before the training date, and the training application form (form link: https://forms.gle/5wKiMCzVfmYPkmMi6) should be filled out simultaneously. Training can only be conducted after review and approval.
IV. Schools that have not been reviewed and approved by the county's Digital Learning Promotion Office are not permitted to organize training sessions, apply for training hours, or register training data under the course names related to this case.
V. Lecturers for each course should be invited from the qualified lists announced on the "AI Talent Ark Project" (https://pads.moe.edu.tw/teacher_list.php) and "Intelligent Learning Network" (https://adl.edu.tw/lecturer.php). Please refer to and invite lecturers directly.
VI. Starting from July 1, 115, the attribute tag for the courses mentioned in the subject will be adjusted to "Digital Teaching". Schools that have been approved to organize training should correctly select this attribute tag on the National Teacher In-service Training Information Network to facilitate the compilation of training data.
