The "Gender Equality Education Act", the "Enforcement Rules of the Gender Equality Education Act", the "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Campus Gender Incidents", and the "Act for the Prevention and Punishment of the Exploitation of Children and Juveniles for Sexual Purposes" were amended in 112 or 113.

In response to the amendments to the "Gender Equality Education Act", the "Enforcement Rules of the Gender Equality Education Act", the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Campus Gender Incidents", and the "Act for the Prevention and Control of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents" in 112 or 113, the National Education Administration has adjusted parts of this handbook to align with current regulations and re-uploaded it to the website.https://friendlycampus.k12ea.gov.tw/GenderCase/12/17/18
