1. The Parenthesis World 2026 Campus Leadership Workshop will be held physically at Parenthesis World Club (10F, No. 101, Section 2, Chang'an East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City) from 13:30 to 16:30 on Saturday, November 14th. The theme is "Leadership Actions for Campus Conflict and Relationship Management," aiming to assist campus leaders in effectively addressing the practical challenges of conflict management and parent-teacher communication, and helping campus leaders resolve conflicts through "Integrity Communication" and "Collaborative Leadership."
2. Key issues of the 2026 Campus Leadership Workshop include: sharing of Taiwan's teacher issues survey, from confrontation to dialogue, breaking communication deadlock in campus crises, and diverse discussions on campus organizational leadership and parent-teacher communication. Through communication skills, build mutual trust and cooperative relationships, and provide concrete and feasible conflict resolution strategies and organizational operation methods through the sharing of practical cases by multiple principals.
