Subject: Transmitting the implementation plan for the "Pingtung County 115 Academic Year Program to Enhance Professional Teaching and Curriculum Quality in Junior and Elementary Schools - B-3 Effective Teaching to Optimize Academic Performance - B-3-3-2 In-Class Differentiated Instruction Training Plan - In-Class Differentiated Instruction Cross-School Strategy Alliance Briefing Session (First Session)" and the Letter of Intent for New Seed Schools to Participate, both in duplicate, as detailed below. Please be informed.

Details:

I. In accordance with the "Pingtung County 115 Academic Year Program to Enhance Professional Teaching and Curriculum Quality in Junior and Elementary Schools."

II. The briefing session information is as follows:

(I) Time: August 21, 115 (Friday), 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

(II) Location: 3rd Floor, Multi-function Classroom A, Pingtung County Digital Education Park (within Pingtung County Tang Rong Elementary School).

(III) Participants:

1. Schools in the In-Class Differentiated Instruction Cross-School Strategy Alliance for the 114 Academic Year (Zhutian Junior High School, Linbian Junior High School, Dongxin Junior High School, Taiwu Junior High School, Wanxin Junior High School, Yanpu Junior High School, Xinpi Junior High School, Zhizheng Junior High School, Chongwen Junior High School). Principals and at least 2 seed teachers are required to attend.

2. Junior high schools participating in in-class differentiated instruction for mathematics in the 115 Academic Year (Gaoshu Junior High School, Gaotai Junior High School, Shizi Junior High School). Principals and 1 seed teacher are required to attend.

3. Junior high school counselors from the Mathematics Field Sub-group of the County Education Local Guidance Group.

4. Elementary schools piloting in-class differentiated instruction (Chaohe Elementary School, Renhe Elementary School, Zhutian Elementary School). At least 1 teacher teaching mathematics in the upper grades is required to attend.

5. School principals or mathematics teachers from schools interested in participating in the In-Class Differentiated Instruction Cross-School Strategy Alliance.

III. The aforementioned plan integrates the Junyi Academy Foundation's self-learning platform with basic lecture notes for adaptive support, utilizing an OMO strategy for differentiated instruction in mathematics classes. Schools intending to join the alliance in the 115 Academic Year are requested to complete the "Letter of Intent for New Seed Schools to Participate" (as attached) and submit it after the briefing session on the day of the meeting.

IV. Please grant participants official (business) leave. Travel expenses for counselors from the Mathematics Field Sub-group of the County Education Guidance Group will be covered by the sub-group's operational expenses.
