Subject: Transmitting one copy of the "115th Year Elementary and Secondary School Digital Learning Implementation Plan" - 115th Year In-School and In-Class (Hand-in-Hand) Support Implementation Plan - Digital Teaching Improvement and Training Plan - 115th Year Summer Digital Teaching Improvement and Training Workshop Plan, for your school to inform its teachers to actively register and participate, as detailed in the explanation, please be informed.

Explanation:

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's "115th Year Elementary and Secondary School Digital Learning Implementation Plan".

II. Workshop themes:

(I) B1 Technology-Assisted Self-Directed Learning Workshop (2 days).

(II) B3 Digital Teaching Guidance Training Workshop (6 hours).

(III) B5-1 Generative AI and Educational Applications Workshop.

(IV) In-School Strategy: Guiding High-Efficiency Collaborative Preparation Workshop (Lead Teacher Enhancement).

III. The implementation period is from July 2, 115 (Thursday) to August 27, 115 (Thursday), with a total of 5 sessions.

IV. Participants:

(I) Priority will be given to teachers and lead teachers from schools participating in this county's "In-School and In-Class (Hand-in-Hand) Support Implementation Plan". Teachers belonging to the aforementioned plan must complete the necessary training courses according to the workshop plan.

(II) If there are remaining spots, elementary and secondary school teachers in this county are welcome to participate.

V. Course information, precautions, and training hours will be handled in accordance with the plan's explanation, and training hours will be granted to those who participate fully. Participants who do not attend in full or fail to cooperate with course activities will not be granted training hours.

VI. Registration Method:

(I) Please register and be approved through the system form (https://is.gd/tk9Yst). The maximum number of participants per session is 30.

(II) The registration deadline will be announced according to the plan for each workshop session.

VII. For teachers participating in this county's 115th Year In-School and In-Class (Hand-in-Hand) Support Implementation Plan, please grant them official leave (business trip) registration. The expenses will be covered by the Ministry of Education's "115th Year Elementary and Secondary School Digital Learning Implementation Plan" subsidy funds.

VIII. For teachers not participating in the aforementioned plan, please grant them official leave registration.
