Training and Certification for Hakka Language Teaching Support Staff in National Primary and Junior High Schools

Subject: Attached is the implementation plan for the "Training and Certification of Hakka Language Teaching Support Staff for Elementary and Junior High Schools" as part of our county's 114th academic year's comprehensive promotion plan for indigenous languages in elementary and junior high schools. Please assist in publicizing this and encourage eligible individuals to apply. Thank you for your attention.
Details:
1. In accordance with the letter from Xishi Elementary School, Zhutian Township, our county, dated April 10, 115, with reference number Pingxi Xiao Jiao Zi No. 1150000090.
2. The training details are as follows:
(1) Dates: July 6, 115 to July 10, 115, for a total of 5 days.
(2) Location: Xishi Elementary School, Zhutian Township, our county.
(3) Participants:
1. ROC nationals aged 20 or older (born on or before July 5, 95).
2. High school diploma or above (including equivalent qualifications).
3. Holders of a certificate from the Ministry of Education's Indigenous Language Proficiency Test at the Intermediate-Advanced level or above, or the National Cheng Kung University's Taiwanese Language Proficiency Test Center's General Taiwanese Proficiency Test at the Intermediate-Advanced level or above, or the Hakka Affairs Council's Hakka Language Proficiency Test at the Intermediate-Advanced level or above.
4. Current or substitute teachers who meet the requirements of item 3 above may submit their elementary and junior high school teacher's certificate and proof of employment during the application review. Those who pass the review may be exempted from the common professional development courses (Child and Adolescent Development and Teaching Applications, Classroom Management and Student Counseling, Principles of Teaching and Learning Strategies, Teaching Methods - a total of 16 hours).
(4) Application and Qualification Review:
1. Application Period: From now until June 20, 115 (Monday) (postmark date applies).
2. Application Submission: Mail the application review documents (please use color copies of relevant certificates) to Xishi Elementary School, Pingtung County (No. 8-1, Guangming Road, Zhutian Township, Pingtung County, 911; Tel: 08-7793474 ext. 12).
3. Announcement of Review Results:
(1) The review results will be announced on June 22, 115, on the website of the County Government's Department of Education and the website of Xishi Elementary School.
(2) Number of admitted participants: 20.
