Subject: Attached is one copy of the 114th Pingtung County "Promoting Digital Learning Advancement Program for Primary and Secondary Schools" Extended Teacher Professional Development Workshop Expansion Plan. Please follow the instructions and send representatives to participate. Thank you for your attention.
Instructions:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Letter No. TAIJIAZI(3) No. 1142704296 dated January 16, 115, and the 114th Pingtung County Work Plan for the "Promoting Digital Learning Advancement Program for Primary and Secondary Schools" Extension.
2. The planned workshop period is from March 29, 115 (Sunday) to May 31, 115 (Sunday), with a total of 12 sessions. Workshop hours will be granted to teachers who complete the program according to the plan.
3. Schools are requested to grant participants official (business) leave and arrange for substitute teaching. For sessions held on holidays, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years after the event, but personal leave is required for teaching duties.
4. To balance the digital learning development in different regions of the county, for the following B3 sessions, schools under the Hengchun Elementary School cluster, Checheng Elementary School cluster, Qiaoyong Elementary School cluster, and Hengchun Junior High School cluster are required to nominate one teacher from each school to participate in one of the following sessions: (1) Session 3: April 26, 115 (Sunday) from 9:00 to 16:30 at Checheng Elementary School, Checheng Township, this county.
(2) Session 9: May 24, 115 (Sunday) from 9:00 to 16:30 at Hengchun Elementary School, Hengchun Town, this county.
5. Registration method: Please register directly on the "National Teacher Professional Development Information Network." For advanced courses of type B, the qualification review form must be filled out; otherwise, admission will not be granted.
6. All check-in and check-out will be conducted using Google Forms. Those who do not check in/out according to regulations or leave for extended periods during the session will not be granted workshop hours.
7. Participants need to bring their own designated devices (tablet or laptop) and eduroam wireless network account/password. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 20 minutes after the workshop begins.
