Subject: Our institute is organizing a "Workshop on Integrating Social-Emotional Learning with Subject Matter." We kindly request you to encourage teachers from your school to actively register and participate. Please be informed.
Details:
1. The "Workshop on Integrating Social-Emotional Learning with Subject Matter" is organized by our institute's Center for Measurement and Evaluation Research. It will be conducted in four sessions covering Reading, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Experts and scholars in the field of social-emotional learning are invited to interact with teachers, with the aim of deepening teachers' understanding of the value and application of SEL through professional sharing and cross-disciplinary dialogue, and inspiring concrete and feasible teaching strategies.

2. The details of the aforementioned workshop are as follows:
(1) Time: December 4, 2025 (Thursday), from 8:20 AM to 12:20 PM.
(2) Location: 6th Floor Conference Room, Taipei Campus, our institute (No. 179, Section 1, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City).
(3) Participants and Format: (Conducted in four sessions)
1. Reading: Primarily for elementary school teachers, with a maximum of 40 participants. Conducted in a hybrid format (in-person and online). 2. Mathematics: Primarily for junior and elementary school teachers, with a maximum of 20 participants. Conducted in-person.
3. Science: Primarily for junior and elementary school teachers, with a maximum of 20 participants. Conducted in-person.
4. Social Studies: Primarily for junior high school teachers, with a maximum of 25 participants. Conducted in-person.
(4) Registration Method: Please proceed to our institute's "Workshop and Activity Information Network
https://workshop.naer.edu.tw/NAWeb/Services/wFrmYearPlanAct.aspx" to complete online registration (Registration period: from now until November 4, 2025).
1. Limited spots available, priority given to in-service teachers; if oversubscribed, admission will be based on the order of registration.
2. After completing the registration form, the system will send an email notification.
3. Accepted participants will receive an email notification in mid-November 2025. Those not accepted will not be notified separately.
(5) Participants are responsible for their own transportation and leave arrangements for attending this workshop. 3 hours of professional development credit will be awarded to those who complete the entire session.
