This event will be held on November 8, 2026 (Sunday) from 8 AM to 3 PM at Millennium Park, Pingtung City.
III. Participants are students currently enrolled in public and private elementary and junior high schools nationwide, divided into the following four groups by grade level:
(I) Group A: Grades 1 and 2 of elementary school.
(II) Group B: Grades 3 and 4 of elementary school.
(III) Group C: Grades 5 and 6 of elementary school.
(IV) Group D: Grades 1 to 3 of junior high school.
The competition will be conducted through on-site hand-drawn sketching.
IV. Registration will be open from October 13, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Online registration is required. Quotas are limited and may be filled early. Students interested in participating should complete their registration via the QR Code provided on the event poster.

V. To enhance the diversity of the event and promote parent-child participation, a "Pet Carnival" will also be held on the day of the event. Students, parents, and the public are invited to bring their pets to participate. Activities such as pet fashion shows, grooming experiences, and free pet check-ups are planned to promote life education, animal care, and the concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and
the environment through friendly interaction.
VI. We kindly request your school to assist in disseminating event information to students, parents, and relevant teachers within the school, and to encourage students to actively register and participate. Together, through artistic creation, let us learn about the
Wannian River, care for the environment, and practice sustainable actions.
