Subject: Our association is organizing the "2026 IT Month and Taiwan Education Technology Exhibition." We encourage your school's faculty and students to form groups for visits. Details of the event are as described below. Please acknowledge receipt.
Description:
1. The "2026 IT Month and Taiwan Education Technology Exhibition," organized by the Taipei Computer Association, will be held from November 12 (Thursday) to November 15 (Sunday) at the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. The exhibition will last for 4 days, and admission is free.
2. This year's theme is "Co-creating the New Era," exploring from parent-child co-learning to companionship in later life, allowing technology to truly integrate into daily life. The collaboration between humans and technology continues to foster new applications and service models. "Co-creation" is not just participation, but also the joint practice and definition of the future in different life scenarios. Through industry,
government, and public collaboration, AI will move from technology to application, from a tool to a part of life. Here, everyone is a participant and a promoter, jointly building our new era of AI.
3. The exhibition features diverse zones, with key highlights as follows.
(1) Education Joint Exhibition Area: The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with local education bureaus and educational institutions, will showcase AI, XR, STEAM, and other cross-disciplinary applications, demonstrating educational innovation and digital co-learning achievements across Taiwan.
(2) Vocational Education Hall: Featuring project-based learning and drone education, extending practical education to industry applications, and showcasing the diverse learning and innovative energy of vocational education.
(3) Brand Flagship Hall: Bringing together leading domestic and international educational technology brands to showcase diverse teaching applications and innovative achievements, keeping abreast of the latest trends in digital education.
(4) AI Theme Hall: Presenting AI technology through everyday scenarios and interactive experiences, transforming complex technology into understandable, playable, and takeaway AI experiences.
(5) Smart Nation: Showcasing the application of digital technology in public services, daily life, and education, to understand the practical achievements of technology-driven digital transformation.
(6) Parent-Child Co-learning Garden: Creating a fun and educational space for parent-child co-learning, guiding parents and children to explore together, integrating learning with companionship, and stimulating children's curiosity and creativity.
(7) Elderly Digital Paradise: Guiding seniors to easily experience technology and learn digital applications, enjoying a convenient and wonderful smart life.
4. During the exhibition, there will also be concurrent events such as the main stage, thematic forums, and AI Era Lectures, inviting educators, teachers, and industry representatives from across Taiwan to share trends and practical applications in educational technology.
5. To encourage visits from teachers and students, group tours will specially include services such as "Exclusive Gifts for Teachers," "Professional Development Hours," and "EdTech Cafe for Teachers" to help them understand the exhibition highlights.
(1) Exclusive gifts for teachers will be provided, and a dedicated person will lead tours of key exhibition areas and explain AI and educational technology applications.
(2) An EdTech Cafe for teachers will be available for rest and networking during the visit.
(3) Application for Professional Development Hours:
1. Civil Servant Professional Development Hours: Please search for "IT Month and Taiwan Education Technology Exhibition [Smart Nation Pavilion] Visit" on the Civil Service Lifelong Learning Portal (https://lifelonglearn.dgpa.gov.tw/) to find and register for the course.
2. Teacher Professional Development Hours: After completing registration and on-site visit, the organizer will apply for them collectively.
3. Graduate Student AIx Learning Industry Internship Hours: Please register for and attend at least one thematic forum or lecture during the exhibition through the visitor registration system. Your ID number must be filled in. The organizer will issue an electronic certificate after the event.
6. The organizer has planned group tour services. Please refer to the official website of the visitor registration system for the registration link (https://events.tca.org.tw/).
