Subject: Regarding the official launch of our county's "Pingtung Campus Connect" APP in the 115th academic year, with the introduction of digital points and user lucky draw activities. We kindly request your school to inform its teachers, students, and parents to actively download and use it. Please refer to the details for further information.
Details:
1. To build an instant communication service between the Education Department, schools, teachers, and parents, the County Government has planned and integrated school registration system resources to develop an APP, thereby promoting smart campus initiatives.
2. The Pingtung Campus Connect APP is now available for download and use by schools on both Android and iOS platforms.
3. The details of this event are as follows:
(1) Event 1: Departmental Digital Points
1. Starting from the date of this official document, the first 15,000 faculty, staff, and parents who register and log in successfully will receive 100 points, which can be redeemed for OpenPoints.
2. The procedure for receiving points is as follows: After logging into the APP, please click on the "Departmental Digital Points" module. Confirmation that the page displays the points earned record will be considered successful acquisition of points for this event.
3. Users who have previously downloaded or logged into this APP before this event must log in again and complete the redemption process to be eligible for points in this event.
4. Determination of eligibility for points: If the same person holds multiple identities, such as faculty/staff and parent, they are only eligible to receive points once, and eligibility will be determined by the identity selected when logging into the APP.
(2) Event 2: User Lucky Draw
1. From the date of this official document until October 31, 115, faculty, staff, and parents who successfully register and log in will be eligible for the lucky draw.
2. Users who have previously downloaded or logged into this APP before this event must log in again to be eligible for the lucky draw in this event.
3. Determination of lucky draw eligibility: If the same person holds multiple identities, such as faculty/staff and parent, they will only be recognized for one lucky draw entry.
4. The list of winners will be announced separately by the County Government. We kindly ask participating faculty, staff, and parents to pay attention to related information.
4. The login account for faculty and staff in this matter is linked to the Pingtung County Education Cloud Account (Pingtung County OpenID). The Pingtung County OpenID is the account for the "Information Service Portal".
5. The login account for parents in this matter is linked to the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration's school registration system database. The account generation and verification are based on the names and phone numbers recorded in the "Parental Information" and "Emergency Contact Information" fields within the school registration system.
6. If you have both faculty/staff and parent identities, please log in with your faculty/staff identity first, and then go to the settings function to "Add Child" for binding.
