I. To promote Hakka culture and enhance language exchange through Hakka singing performances, the government plans to hold the National Elementary School Hakka Folk Song Competition on April 29, 2027 (Thursday), integrating Hakka culture and music into the event for promotion.

II. Details of the competition are provided in the implementation plan. Please complete the registration form and the list of participants, and after sealing and scanning, send the scanned and WORD files via email to the organizing mailbox 002215@pthg.gov.tw before December 31, 2026 (Thursday). Please also mail the original registration form to the Hakka Affairs Department of this government for processing before February 1, 2027.
III. For participants in this case (including supervising teachers, conductors, accompanists, and administrative staff), schools should verify and grant official leave according to the competition schedule. Substitute teaching is limited to 2 people; other personnel are responsible for their own class arrangements.
