I. In accordance with the letter No. 1150075843A dated August 25, 115 (2026) from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education.
II. To compensate for the regrets of those who were originally teachers or students and were forced to interrupt their teaching careers or studies due to illegal state actions during the authoritarian period, and to respond to their appeals for the restoration of honor, the Ministry of Education has specially formulated principles for handling such cases to help alleviate regrets and heal trauma.
III. Victims and their families who have received state compensation (restitution) and redress in accordance with regulations, if they wish to have their teaching or student status restored, may, on their own or with the assistance of transitional justice-related non-governmental organizations or agencies, prepare redress documents and documents certifying their former teaching or student status, and send them via email to the special project contact at the Ministry of Education (TJE@mail.moe.gov.tw).
IV. The Ministry of Education will assist victims in restoring their honor by reinstating their teaching and student status, including issuing certificates and holding restoration ceremonies. It will also recommend that schools revise their historical records and documentation, incorporate the victims' life stories, combine them with the school's landscape, and include them in campus transitional justice curriculum cases and diverse activities to preserve the inheritance of historical memory.

發證書、舉行回復儀式，並建議學校修正校史及文書檔 案，融入被害者生命故事結合學校地景寫入校園轉型正義 課程案例及多元活動，以維歷史記憶的傳承。
