I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1152802543A, dated June 22, 115.
II. The brief information of the aforementioned project is as follows (details are in the attached implementation plan):
(I) Submission Period: From Monday, September 7, 115, to Thursday, October 8, 115.
(II) Online submission is required. Online registration will be open on Monday, September 7, 115, at the following website: https://cis.ncu.edu.tw/NsaSys

(III) Categories for Submission:
1. Moral Education Teaching Activity Design Category
2. Moral Theme Story Category
3. Moral Theme Comic Category
4. Moral Theme Audiovisual Category
(IV) Awards: All selected works will receive the following relevant awards:
1. Moral Education Teaching Activity Design: A manuscript fee of NT$900 per thousand characters (same below) (up to NT$4,500 per article) and a certificate of merit.
2. Moral Theme Story: A manuscript fee of NT$900 per thousand characters (up to NT$2,700 per article) and a certificate of merit.
3. Moral Theme Comic: NT$1,500 per piece and a certificate of merit.
4. Moral Theme Audiovisual: NT$10,000 per piece and a certificate of merit.
5. For the awarded works in the Moral Theme Story, Comic, and Audiovisual categories, the supervising teachers of the schools will also be awarded a letter of appreciation.
6. Administrative Recognition: Award-winning participating teachers and students will be separately requested to be recognized by the educational administrative authorities and their schools according to their respective responsibilities.
(V) Submissions that do not meet the eligibility criteria, fail to upload files in the specified format, or have incomplete or non-compliant information will not be considered for evaluation.
