Considering that the current regulations for medical institutions in our country are already quite complete, in addition to hospitals needing to possess a certain level of medical equipment and manpower, many clinics also have a sound medical environment, sufficient to make accurate medical judgments for patients. Therefore, the original provision of "domestic public" medical institutions has been amended to "medical institutions that have been accredited by the central health competent authority" to expand the scope of application.
