The Ministry of Civil Service amended the "Key Points for the Selection, Recommendation, Review, and Commendation of the Outstanding Contribution Award for Civil Servants."

The main points of this amendment are as follows:
(1)To facilitate flexible adjustments in practice, the timeline for the recommendation process has been amended.
(2)The provision requiring the Ministry of Personnel to review the qualifications of recommended personnel and groups in advance has been deleted.
(3)Relevant regulations for the selection and appointment review committee members have been revised to align with practical needs, and the provision for ex officio members has been deleted.
(4)In line with practical needs, interviews have been replaced with presentations and Q&A sessions, and the provision for on-site visits in the selection process has been deleted.
(5)The provision for the deadline of the selection process has been deleted.
(6)The provision for the timeline of the commendation ceremony has been deleted.
