The amendments are as follows:
(1)In accordance with the reorganization of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan into the "Department of Agriculture, Executive Yuan", the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan into the "Rural Development and Soil Conservation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture", and the Central Weather Bureau of the Ministry of Communications into the "Central Weather Administration, Ministry of Communications".
(2)It is stipulated that when senior high schools and below suspend classes, if there is a need to care for "grandchildren" with disabilities or "grandchildren" in junior high schools and below who are subject to class suspension, the service agency or school may grant leave from work. Furthermore, if both spouses or lineal relatives are civil servants or public school employees, only one person may take leave from work to care for the same child or grandchild.
(3)In order to ensure that the reference standard for rainfall for class suspension by the Keelung City Government meets actual needs, the "List of Reference Standards for Rainfall for Class Suspension by Reporting Authorities" has been revised.
