3. Those who have already obtained the highest level of certification for the registered exam item will not be subsidized. (5) This program will accept applications in two batches according to the certification date. The application method and submission deadline
are as follows:
1. Teachers applying should submit their application to their employing unit with their admission ticket bearing the attendance stamp. (The first batch may apply with the certificate of qualification and transcript).
2. Schools should submit the following supporting documents to this government:
(1) Photocopy of teacher's identification document (stamped with "copy is identical to the original" and official seal).
(2) Original stamped school expense application form (as attached).
3. Application deadlines:
(1) The deadline for the first batch is March 31, 115 (Tuesday).
(2) The deadline for the second batch is May 29, 113 (Friday).
3. Furthermore, this subsidy program will consider the number of teachers in elementary and junior high schools who obtain intermediate-advanced or higher Hokkien/Hakka language proficiency certification and the demand for courses in each language, and will evaluate the implementation of subsequent subsidy programs. Therefore, all schools are requested to prepare teachers for each language early.
