The Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration has established the "Pledge Letter for Not Having Mainland Household Registration, Passport, ID Card, Settlement Certificate, or Residence Permit" on the "Civil Servant Personal Data Service Network." This pledge letter has been revised in conjunction with the Mainland Affairs Council and will be launched on January 1, 2026.
