The effective date of the Regulations Governing Leave for Civil Servants has been jointly promulgated by the Examination Yuan and the Executive Yuan on October 9, 114 (Republic of China calendar). Article 3, concerning mental and physical adjustment leave, will take effect on October 10, 114. The remaining provisions will take effect on January 1, 115.
