I. The County Government will hold the "Southern Kingdom Reading Festival" from August 30, 114 (2025), inviting domestic and international writers and cultural celebrities to gather in Pingtung. The event will feature over 40 exciting thematic lectures, guided tours, and interactive workshops.

II. Participants who complete the entire event will be granted civil servant learning hours and teacher professional development hours based on the actual hours of each session.
