I. This educational film uses the case of a husband fighting a robber who broke into their home with a gun to protect his wife and newborn, resulting in the robber's death, as its story material. Following the case process, it is divided into three acts: "Selection," "Trial," and "Deliberation." It vividly presents the process of citizens being selected as jurors and alternate jurors, how jurors work with judges to try cases and deliberate together, and the systemic content of jurors' rights and obligations.
II. To deepen citizens' legal literacy and strengthen legal education, please use this as basic material for civic and legal education courses, educational training for research units, and various study activities.
