I. The 2024 Southland Reading Festival, with the theme of Decoding the New Southland, has planned five major activity areas: "New Female Power Era," "New Gender Trends," "Integrated New Generation," "Industry New Era," and "Creative New Exchange," inviting the public to decode Pingtung.

II. The opening lecture will be held on August 31st (Saturday) from 11 AM to 12 PM in the Lecture Hall on the 5th floor of the Pingtung County Public Library Main Branch. Governor Chou Chun-mi, Niang Niang, Zhai Nv Xiao Hong, and Chen Ming-chu will be invited to a dialogue.

III. To encourage county civil servants to participate in the 2024 Southland Reading Festival lectures, participants will be granted civil servant learning hours. Please provide your ID number at check-in for registration.
