I. Pursuant to Article 40, Paragraph 3 of the Air Pollution Control Act and the Ministry of Environment's Official Letter No. Huan-Bu-Kong-Zi-No. 1130001124 dated February 19, 113 (2024).
II. The aforementioned mobile source control measures are as follows:
(I) Scope of Control: Roads surrounding Renai Elementary School in Pingtung City, including Renai Road and Ziyou Road (as shown in the attached map).
(II) Control Measures: On non-holidays, from 7:00 to 17:00, gasoline-powered motorcycles that are more than 5 years old from their manufacturing date and have not completed the most recent periodic exhaust emission inspection with a passing record are prohibited from entering the air quality maintenance area of this county during the controlled period. Violators of this announcement shall be penalized in accordance with Article 76, Paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Act.
