The 4th Environmental Map Creation Competition

{{ $t('FEZ002') }} Student Affairs Office|

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) Zi Di 1120060460 dated June 15, 112.
II. To enable elementary school students to open their senses, explore their living environment, and connect with it, we encourage students, parents, and teachers to go out together. Through observation, discovery, and recording, they will create their own unique environmental maps. Through practical activities, children will be guided to care for the environment, interact with people, reflect on the current situation, and implement changes, embarking on a precious environmental education experience. Therefore, the aforementioned activity is organized.
III. The activity information is as follows (details in the brochure):
(I) Participants: Elementary school students nationwide, competing in teams. Students from different schools are allowed. A maximum of one supervising teacher or parent is permitted (no limit on the number of teams supervised).
(II) Registration Period: From Wednesday, June 28, 112, to Friday, December 1, 112 (postmark date for registered mail). Please also complete the online registration form simultaneously. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(III) Registration Method: Please send the competition materials via registered mail to 11th Floor, No. 467, Section 6, Zhongxiao East Road, Taipei City 115 (Attn: 4th Environmental Map Creation Competition Organizing Committee).
IV. A special award has been added this year in line with the net-zero transition policy. We encourage parents or teachers to lead students in actively understanding the policy. The content of the maps should focus on "climate change" or "sustainable use of energy and resources," creatively incorporating policy implications. Please encourage teachers to actively lead students in participating.
V. Information regarding regional briefing sessions, capacity-building workshops, and other activities can be found on the event website: (https://www.environmentalmap.com.tw/#sec02).
