二、為推廣海洋保育，花蓮縣政府、海洋委員會海洋保育署及財團法人黑潮海洋文教基金會合作，製作海洋保育教案兩份，提供推行海洋保育教育之用。
三、旨揭教案可於花蓮縣政府農業處網站首頁-資料下載區自行下載使用，下載網址：https://lam.hl.gov.tw//dolphin.htm。
