Submission and Notes:
1. School Section:
(1) Please have the school representative assist in compiling the paper-based materials for teachers' basic and advanced certifications. Teaching support teachers will be certified online.
(2) Please have the school representative complete the "111 Academic Year Professional Feedback Three Types of Talent Certification List" (Attachment 2).
(3) Certification materials should be submitted by school. Please mail or deliver the list, along with the certification and recognition data for school teachers, after being stamped on paper, to the 12-Year Basic Education Curriculum and Instruction Development Center at Zhongxiao Elementary School (No. 204, Jianfeng Road, Pingtung City, 900). The recipient is the Curriculum Development Center. Please also email the electronic version of the "111 Academic Year Professional Feedback Three Types of Talent Certification List" to the center's email: ptcecd@gmail.com.

2. Teacher Section:
(1) For teachers certified or recognized in the 111 academic year, please follow the regulations in the respective certification handbooks for that year. Those wishing to be certified as teaching support teachers should complete their personal online submission on the "Principal and Teacher Professional Development Support Platform."
(2) Paper documents will not be returned. Teachers must keep their own files or copies.
