I. Since the 11th Hsin-yi Children's Animation Award in 2019, the Hsin-yi Foundation has established the "Taiwan Children's Creation Group" to encourage children to create animations, thereby promoting children's media literacy, animation creation, self-expression, sharing, and cooperation skills. The participants are Taiwanese children aged 7 to 12. Several awards including the Grand Prize, Excellence Award, and Honorable Mention will be presented with medals and cash prizes, and several Honorable Mentions will be awarded certificates.
II. The submission deadline for the "Taiwan Children's Creation Group" of this year's 14th Hsin-yi Children's Animation Award was originally July 31st. Due to the impact of the epidemic on the creation schedule of teachers and students, the submission deadline has been extended to September 10th to allow participants more time to film their works.
