3. Please send the recommendation form and related materials by registered mail (postmark as proof) or deliver them in person to Ms. Luo Wan-chi at the Pingtung County Family Education Center (No. 80, Huazheng Rd., Pingtung City, Pingtung County) before September 12, 111 (Monday).
