I. Since the 11th Hsin-yi Children's Animation Award in 2019, the Hsin-yi Foundation has established the "Taiwan Children's Creation Group" to encourage children to create animations, thereby promoting children's media literacy, animation creation, self-expression, sharing, and cooperation skills. The participants are Taiwanese children aged 7 to 12. Several awards for Best Special Prize, Excellence Award, and Honorable Mention will be presented with medals and cash prizes, and several Honorable Mention awards will be presented with certificates.
II. The submission period for this year's 14th Hsin-yi Children's Animation Award ends on July 31st. The participants are Taiwanese children aged 7 to 12.
