To cultivate emerging young directors and film production talent in Taiwan, our organization and the ASUS Foundation have co-hosted the 'Moving 99 National Campus Short Film Competition' for many years. This year marks the 13th edition of the event, calling on students across the country to unleash their youthful creativity and visual power. We hope to create an annual highlight for student film submissions, using the power of imagery to make an impact. The '13th Moving 99' competition is seeking short films ranging from 99 seconds to 3 minutes, with a top prize of NT$100,000.
