(1) Category: Unclassified (Freehand painting, sketching, ink wash painting, collage, printmaking, art design are acceptable. Please do not submit 3D works).
(2) Groups: Junior high school group, elementary school grades 1-6 (six groups in total), kindergarten group.
(3) Specifications: 1. Individual creation: Size should be based on "four-open" paper (approximately 39 cm x 54 cm). Mounting is not allowed. 2. Group creation (limited to "full-open" paper, with a maximum of three to four authors).
(4) Theme Content: Create your own title based on the following themes: 1. Free creation with no content restrictions (e.g., based on children's life experiences, local characteristics, social issues, etc.). 2. Indigenous cultural characteristics (e.g., based on indigenous life scenes, cultural activities, rituals, etc.).
(5) Label specifications are A4 size. As shown in Table 1 (two copies), please fill in each field by computer typing. If handwriting, please use block letters (illegible handwriting will not be considered for selection). Paste on the lower right corner of the back of the artwork (limit one supervising teacher). Copy A should be affixed, and Copy B should be loosely attached (please ensure the information in both copies is complete and consistent).

Submission Date:
(1) Preliminary Selection: After each school completes its preliminary selection, submit the preliminary selection entries to the designated organizing unit of each county/city government's education bureau/department by the specified submission time for the secondary selection.
(2) Secondary Selection: Each county/city government's education bureau/department will conduct the secondary selection. After the secondary selection, please mail the artworks to No. 43, Nanhai Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City (National Taiwan Arts Education Center) by April 20th. Please also include the list of secondary selection judges, the list of selected works, and a statistical table of the total number of selected works for each grade (table format is self-determined) to participate in the final selection.
(3) Final Selection: To be held in early May 2022 at the National Taiwan Arts Education Center in Taipei City.
