Pingtung County Renai Elementary School 114 Academic Year First Semester "Children's After-School Care Service" Enrollment Regulations
I. Purpose: Our school provides after-school care services to promote the healthy growth of children, support women's marriage and childbirth, and enable parents to work with peace of mind.
II. Curriculum Content: Based on the principle of diversity and liveliness, it balances homework guidance, group recreational and physical activities, and life education guidance.

III. Fee Standards:
(1) Lunch Fee: Charged according to the school's lunch fee standard (tentatively NT$50/meal) based on the actual number of class days (paid together with the care fee monthly).
(2) Care Fee:
Lower grades: Care until 16:00 costs NT$1700/month, care until 16:50 costs NT$2300/month, care until 17:40 costs NT$2900/month.
Middle grades: Care until 16:00 costs NT$800/month, care until 16:50 costs NT$1400/month, care until 17:40 costs NT$2000/month.
Upper grades: Care until 16:00 costs NT$500/month, care until 16:50 costs NT$1100/month, care until 17:40 costs NT$1700/month.
(3) If the minimum number of students is not met, mixed-age classes will be formed or the class will not be offered.
(4) If participating in other school activities such as clubs or sports teams during the after-school care hours, the care fee will be partially deducted based on the hours.
(5) Low-income households, indigenous students, and students with disabilities are given priority for this service according to regulations. However, due to a subsidy plan submitted to the government only once per semester,
eligible individuals must complete the registration within the deadline for the care fee to be waived and subsidized by the Ministry of Education and the county government.

IV. Estimated Start Date: From September 3, 114 (Wednesday) to January 15, 115 (Thursday), every Monday to Friday.
V. Registration Period: From June 13, 114 (Friday) to June 20, 114 (Friday).
VI. Class Size: Each class is generally limited to 17-25 students of the same grade. If the number of students is insufficient, classes will be mixed across grades.
VII. Safety Precautions: Parents are kindly requested to pick up their children promptly at the end of the registered after-school care class time, either in the classroom or the front hall. Thank you!
